I am a seasoned HR professional with four decades of experience, with my graduation from Madras Christian College, and Post graduation in HR from LoyoIa College. Have done my advanced program in HR from Indian Institute of Management,Ahmedabad,India and my training from TATA Management of training Centre,Pune.I am equally strong at both HR & IR.My last assignment was with Visteon Automotive India Pvt ltd(Which was part of Ford) an American Global Automotive Company, as their HR Director and Country Head with Far East additional responsibilities.This was an executive board position.Prior to that I was Vice-president(Corporate HR) at Rane Madras ltd.Before that I was with M.A.Chidambaram group as their Chief Executive(HR) looking after 22 companies.In this position, I was invited to attend board meetings of the companies by the Vice Chairman Mr.Ashwin Muthiah to whom I was reporting.I was also worked with TATA group,DCM group, Kothari group at leadership levels in HR for several years .Have won several accolates.I am agile, strong with high levels energy.Hence, can take up even a full time assignments.Change Management,Proactive Employee Relations,Cultural Change/building.Team building & work,OD interventions, Transfer of knowledge through Trainings, Handling IR matters,are some of my forte.The two most important responsibilities of a HR Head are 1)Hiring Compentent people.2)Keep them motivated.All the other sub roles of HR can be fitted into the above two key roles-my motto.
