Anila A.

Hi there! I am a passionate Personality Development and Employability Skills Trainer dedicated to helping students and job seekers become industry-ready professionals.

My professional journey began as an English Teacher, where I developed expertise in communication, language proficiency, and confidence building. Later, I worked as a Recruiter, gaining valuable insights into employer expectations, hiring processes, resume screening, and interview selection criteria.

Today, I combine these experiences to bridge the gap between education and employment. Through training programs, I help students develop:

✔ Communication and Spoken English Skills
✔ Personality Development and Confidence Building
✔ Interview Preparation and Group Discussion Skills
✔ Resume Building and Professional Etiquette
✔ Workplace Readiness and Soft Skills
✔ Career Guidance and Employability Skills

In addition to training, I actively support students with job placements, connecting them with suitable career opportunities and preparing them to succeed in recruitment processes.

My mission is to empower young people with the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to thrive in today's competitive job market.
