Soft skills are basically in simple language personal attributes which you follow at your workplace and even in your own life. if you can manage developing five skills, you will be rectifying your soft skills in a much better; they are as follows:
1- Teamwork- dont be an individual be a team player
2- Time management - better early than sorry
3- Networking - connections help you
4- Creative thinking- out of the box but in the limits and norms
5- Conflict resolution - be a good listener and have empathy
