I am a Special Educator with experience in supporting students with special educational needs, particularly students with Learning Disabilities. I have around 1 year of teaching experience and focus on providing individualised academic and learning support based on each student's abilities, requirements, and pace.

I completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from the University of Allahabad in 2015. I then completed a Diploma in Education in Special Education with a specialisation in Hearing Impairment from the Rehabilitation Council of India in 2019. In 2024, I completed my Master of Arts (M.A.) from Dr. Rajendra Prasad University, Uttar Pradesh.

I am also certified in D.Ed. Special Education and have qualified both CTET and TET. My academic qualifications and specialised training have helped me develop knowledge and skills for supporting students with different learning requirements. I have experience working with Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing children and understand the importance of making instruction accessible and engaging.

My approach is student-centred and based on the individual needs of each child. I prepare lesson plans according to the student's current abilities, learning requirements, and pace. Rather than using one teaching method for every student, I adapt my approach according to how the child understands and responds to different forms of instruction.

I use visual methods, activities, and regular practice to make online learning more accessible and effective. I encourage students to participate actively and provide opportunities to practise concepts repeatedly when required. I also focus on creating a comfortable environment where students can ask questions and communicate their difficulties without hesitation.

Working with children who have different learning needs has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and individual attention. I monitor the student's progress and adjust the sessions whenever additional support is required. My aim is to help students develop their academic skills while also becoming more confident in their ability to learn.

My goal as a Special Educator is to provide meaningful and accessible learning support that respects every student's individual abilities. I strive to create structured and supportive online classes where students can learn at a comfortable pace, strengthen their skills, and make steady progress.
