I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Dietitian. My degrees are Diploma in Strength and Hypertrophy (HSF) and BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics. Till date I have counselled over 1500 patients as a dietitian in a clinical set up where I was working with an Endocrinologist Dr Kumar Anuj at SVIHS, and trained many people to achieve their fitness goals like Fat loss, Weight gain, Muscle building, Endurance building, Strength building, General Fitness, Metabolic issues management like (Obesity, Diabetes , Thyroid, PCOS/PCOD )through lifestyle changes .
My key skills are workout and diet designing, and my workout and diet plans are highly customized according to individual's needs and goals.
Health comprises of four pillars - Diet, Exercise, Sleep and Stress management , and working on every aspect brings out the best results. So my main area of work is to make people aware of the fact that healthy eating, exercise and stress management are a key necessity of a healthy life. My approach towards a lifestyle change is holistic, integrative and science based.
And it gives me a great pleasure to help people to achieve their fitness goals.
