IdentityI am a teacher . I take teaching as my passion . This is the skill I mastered in my life. I have a free hand with kids. I have completed my M. A. In 1995 . My subject of hold is social science, economics and Hindi. More than being a native Hindi speaker , I know pure and applied hindi . With this knowledge, I have gained some experience that are listed below:
• Managing a team of 15-25 teachers, give or take during the lockdown. Mentoring and brainstorming ideas for a better employment environment.
• Handling student data, issuing of school leaving certificates and enrolling new admissions, attendance, personal details and performance.
• Interpersonal relations with each ward’s family/guardians. In a school of 200 students, each and every student’s details went past the table of action.
• Responsible for the conduction of examination and results, designing the form of examination. Experimented the idea of overall aptitude test as the half yearly pattern of exams.
• During lockdown, in scenarios of staff scarcity, managed classes and taught to Grades V- VIII subject of social science.
• Responsible for organizing important events such as Independence Day, Republic day, Annual day function and more (online and offline).
• Headed the school as; for Principal at the time of complete lockdown for 6 months.
• Responsible for the roster/ timetable/ leaves of the complete school staff.
• Was part of the affiliation committee for CBSE affiliation of the school, responsible for data management, documentation, representing the school during verifications, maintaining the inventory of school.

• Taught students from home, subjects: Math, Science, Studies, English, Hindi and Sanskrit.
• Collated a hands-on experience on the syllabus of all schools for over 10years.
