My teaching philosophy centers on interactive, learner-focused education that encourages critical thinking, empathy, and curiosity. I believe that effective teaching is not about delivering information, but about building understanding through engagement, reflection, and practical application.
Methodology:
I combine a mix of case-based discussions, visual learning tools, and formative assessments to make complex topics more accessible. I emphasize the “why” behind every concept, guiding students to reason through problems rather than memorize facts. I also incorporate Socratic questioning and peer learning, allowing learners to build confidence by articulating their reasoning.
I adapt my methods to the learners’ needs — for visual learners, I use diagrams and flowcharts; for kinesthetic learners, I design clinical simulations and role plays; for auditory learners, I encourage group discussions and reflective summaries.
