Identity
I have a strong academic and professional background in psychology, having completed my master’s degree in the field. I am a practicing psychologist, working with clients to help them navigate their mental health challenges through evidence-based approaches. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience through multiple internships, pro bono work, and supervised training, which have helped me develop essential therapeutic skills.
Additionally, during my master’s, I had the opportunity to tutor students of 11th and 12th grade, which not only deepened my understanding of psychology but also strengthened my ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging and accessible manner. This experience gives me an edge as a tutor, as I can break down intricate topics while fostering critical thinking and curiosity in students.
Beyond client work and tutoring, I also design and conduct interactive workshops on various psychological concepts and skills, aimed at both aspiring psychologists and individuals looking to enhance their understanding of mental health. These workshops allow me to create engaging learning experiences, making psychology more accessible and practical for different audiences.
