I bring with me over 19 years of professional experience, including 18 years in academia as an Associate Professor and 1.8 years in the corporate world as a Senior Associate Pricing Analyst. My journey has been driven by a strong passion for research, data analytics, and human resource management.

I hold a Doctorate in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. To further enhance my analytical expertise, I pursued a Professional Certification Programme in Data Science and Business Decision-Making from IIM Kozhikode. My academic tenure at MBU, Tirupati, was marked by conducting numerous skill development programmes for making the MBA aspirants salable in the market. To my credits I have done numerous research studies and published them in reputed journals. I am very much passionate about teaching and this made to enter into academics.
Owing to personal commitments, I transitioned to a corporate career that allows me to work from home while exploring my interest in analytics. Currently, I am employed at WeSource Business Solutions Private Limited as a Senior Associate Pricing Analyst, where I excel in preparing CPL workings, profitability reports, and utilizing tools like Odoo Solutions and SharePoint.

I am now seeking an opportunity that aligns with my skills and passion, allowing me to contribute effectively while furthering my professional growth.
