I hold a Master degree in Business Administration, MBA with specialization in Marketing/Human Resources], which has provided me with a strong foundation in core management principles. Over the years, I have further enhanced my academic qualifications through continuous learning and professional development.

I have been serving as a Professor in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program for 14 years, during which I have been actively involved in teaching a wide range of subjects such as Business mathematics , Business statistics Principles of Management, Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior, Financial Management]. My teaching approach emphasizes practical application of theoretical concepts, encouraging students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have contributed to curriculum development, academic planning, and student mentoring. I have guided students in academic projects, presentations, and career development, helping them align their skills with industry expectations.
