I am a Behavioural Science professional, Mental Health Coach, and certified trainer with over 20 years of experience in understanding and shaping human behaviour.

My work is driven by a simple belief—real change happens when people don’t just learn, but experience and internalize insights about themselves.

Over the years, I have worked with students, educators, professionals, and government officers, helping them build emotional resilience, manage stress, and enhance their behavioural effectiveness. I specialize in converting psychological concepts into practical, easy-to-apply strategies that create visible change in both personal and professional life.

In my sessions, I don’t focus on “motivation.” I focus on clarity, self-awareness, and behavioural transformation. My approach is experiential and evidence-based—combining real-life cases, reflective exercises, and interactive discussions to ensure that learning is not only engaging but also lasting.
