With more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have developed strong expertise in personal training, fitness assessment, strength training, weight-loss programs, client motivation, nutrition guidance, and gym operations.

Throughout my career, I have worked with gym members and personal-training clients to understand their fitness goals, conduct fitness assessments, and develop customized workout programs. My experience includes strength training, functional training, core training, muscle building, weight management, conditioning, client progress tracking, and maintaining proper exercise techniques and safe training practices.

In my current role as a Personal Trainer at Friend Fitness Gym, I conduct fitness assessments, design personalized workout programs, monitor client progress, provide basic nutrition guidance, and support day-to-day gym operations. I have also worked as a Personal Trainer at Voltage The Power House Gym and Gym Network, along with earlier roles as a Fitness Trainer and Gym Trainer.

I believe these skills would allow me to contribute effectively not only as a trainer but also in a Fitness Manager or Gym Operations role.
