Meenakshi

I teach students from Classes 1 to 5 across all subjects and have 25 years of professional experience in education and teaching. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with young learners at different levels and understand the importance of building a strong academic foundation during the early years. My focus is on helping students understand concepts clearly while making their classes engaging and comfortable.

I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). My B.Ed. has provided me with professional training in teaching methodologies and classroom management, which I apply to my day-to-day teaching. I have also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing, which have added to my overall academic and professional knowledge.

With many years of experience working in education, I have developed an approach that focuses on explaining concepts in a simple and effective manner. For students in Classes 1 to 5, I believe it is important to establish a clear understanding of the basics before moving to more advanced topics. I encourage students to ask questions and take an active role in the learning process rather than simply memorising information.

I prepare a structured lesson plan according to the student's class level, syllabus, and learning requirements. My sessions are interactive, and I make an effort to keep students involved throughout the class. I observe their understanding during the lesson and provide additional explanations or practice whenever they need more support. This helps me maintain a pace that is comfortable for the student.

I focus on strengthening fundamental skills across subjects, including reading, writing, numeracy, and subject-specific concepts. At the primary school level, regular practice and revision are important, so I ensure that students get opportunities to apply what they have learned. I also encourage them to develop good study habits and gradually become more confident in completing their academic work independently.

I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to support my teaching and make explanations more visual and interactive. These tools help me present concepts in an organised manner, demonstrate examples, and work through questions with students during the session. I try to combine clear explanations with interaction and practice so that young learners remain engaged and understand the topics being taught.

I offer both online and offline classes and tailor my teaching according to each student's academic needs and level of understanding. With 25 years of experience in education, my aim is to provide patient, structured, and supportive guidance to young learners. I want my students to develop strong fundamentals, confidence in their abilities, and a positive approach towards their studies from an early stage.
