I am Ishika, a passionate and dedicated Dietitian who recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition & Dietetics. Currently, I am working as a Dietitian in a hospital, where I help people improve their health and lifestyle through proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.

Nutrition is not just my profession — it is my passion. I strongly believe that the right food choices can transform lives, improve overall well-being, and prevent many health issues. My greatest goal is to spread awareness about healthy living and guide people towards a better and healthier lifestyle.

I want to share my knowledge and experience with as many people as possible through online classes, guidance, and awareness programs so that everyone can understand the importance of nutrition in their daily lives. My dream is to contribute towards making India healthier by educating and inspiring people to adopt balanced and mindful eating habits.

Through my journey, I hope to motivate others to prioritize their health, because a healthy nation begins with healthy individuals.
