Chayan Garg

I am a certified health coach by passion and have about 4 years of experience in the same. My area of expertise is motivating and inspiring others to make small shifts to live a healthy life with peak energy levels. My journey as a health coach began in 2019, right after I graduated from college. I went for my training for health coaching and then right after the completion of the program. Following the natural lifestyle, I was able to reach my optimal weight, live medicine-free, and was feeling better than ever have before. My current goal as a young hustler is to share this knowledge with others and coach them to success. I believe that everyone has the ability to take their health & wealth into their own hands – and it’s my job to support my clients on their journey. I have begun to mentor a team of associates and clients. They have experienced outstanding results. I am seeking other motivated and energetic leaders to collaborate with and develop a community that is fit and healthy, and the highlight of it being without taking any supplements, medicines, or packaged food. The long-term goal is to make every individual pumped up with positivity, everlasting health, and happiness.
