Akhileshwar Reddy

I am a Civil Engineer specializing in BIM and Construction Management, currently pursuing my M.Tech, with hands-on industry experience as a BIM/Planning Engineer at Bimpro Solutions Limited.

I have worked extensively on real-time construction projects, developing 3D BIM models and detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, including plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings. I also have experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project planning using Primavera P6, which gives me strong practical exposure to industry workflows.

In addition to my professional experience, I am actively involved in teaching AutoCAD to students and working professionals. I am also a co-author of the technical book “Mastering AutoCAD,” which reflects my strong understanding of the software and teaching approach.

My training focuses on practical, job-oriented learning where students not only learn AutoCAD commands but also understand how drawings are created and used in real construction projects. I guide students from basic to advanced levels, including drafting techniques, layer management, annotations, plotting, and industry-standard practices.

My goal is to help students from Civil, Mechanical, and Architecture backgrounds become confident, skilled, and job-ready in AutoCAD and drafting.
