I have recently completed my Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at IIT Ropar under the mentorship of Dr. Prabal Banerjee, where my research focused on electro organic synthesis and sustainable reaction methodologies. Before that, I served as a Research Associate at IISER Pune with Dr. Biopath Gnanaprakasam, gaining valuable experience in continuous-flow synthesis of biologically important molecules.

I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Ravenshaw University, where I worked under the guidance of Dr. Seetaram Mohapatra on the synthesis and bioactivity of 2H-chromene derivatives and their inclusion complexes with β-cyclodextrins. My core research interests include green synthesis of heterocycles, development of bioactive molecules, drug–protein interaction studies, and spectrochemical analysis.

I am proud to be a Gold Medalist in Chemistry at the postgraduate level from Berhampur University. To date, I have authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications, contributed a book chapter (CRC Press), and filed a patent related to continuous-flow etherification. I also have experience in mentoring M.Sc. students, managing laboratory operations, and working in interdisciplinary research settings
