Background
I am a passionate Yoga Educator and Stress Management Trainer with a strong academic foundation in yoga and holistic health. Currently pursuing my undergraduate studies (6th semester awaited), I have been deeply involved in understanding the mind–body connection, especially how stress impacts students and working professionals in today’s fast-paced lifestyle.
My approach is rooted in traditional yogic principles, combined with practical, modern techniques that are easy to apply in daily life. I believe stress is not just a mental issue but a lifestyle imbalance, and through yoga, breathwork, and mindful awareness, it can be managed effectively without dependency on medication.
Experience
I have hands-on experience in teaching Stress Management through Yoga, focusing on:
Breathing techniques (Pranayama) for anxiety, overthinking, and emotional balance
Gentle asanas to release physical tension stored in the neck, shoulders, and lower back

Lifestyle guidance based on yogic discipline to improve focus, energy, and emotional stability
I have worked with students, beginners, and young professionals, helping them cope with academic stress, career pressure, and daily mental fatigue. My sessions are simple, safe, and customized, ensuring that even absolute beginners feel comfortable and confident.
My goal is not just to teach yoga, but to empower individuals with tools to manage stress independently and build long-term mental resilience.
