While teaching, I am more of mentor and an organizer of learning experiences and situations, such that my students actively understand, reinvent, and reconstruct everything they learn, than a simple transmitter of readymade and established truths imposed on them from outside. In other words, I avoid indoctrination and brainwashing. I teaching as a call to service humanity, therefore one must hold it with dignity and respect. me, teaching is part of learning. As I am teaching, I am also learning from my learners as they are diverse. Each learner in the classroom brings his or her unique background and ability.
