I am a passionate and dedicated educator with teaching experience as a tuition teacher along with 3 years of professional experience as an HR Executive. During my corporate journey, I worked on various IT, Non-IT, BPO, and BPM hiring roles, including Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment.

I have completed my Engineering and MBA in 2025. My professional background has helped me develop strong communication, presentation, leadership, and student-handling skills.

Along with teaching, I have hands-on experience with multiple job portals, Boolean search techniques, and Advanced Excel. My HR responsibilities included recruitment, hiring, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and development.

As a teacher, I focus on creating a positive and interactive learning environment where students can learn concepts easily and confidently. I believe in personal attention, regular practice, and concept clarity to help students improve academically.

I am currently seeking an opportunity in online teaching where I can utilize my communication skills, subject knowledge, and mentoring abilities to support students in their learning journey.
