I have completed my engineering in IT and now I am looking for job in manual testing profile. so how can I place in company. I didn't find company. I updated my resume on shine, naukri, monster,indeed, but I didn't get any reply. They are sending job which are not matching my profile.

These days Salesforce (CRM, Development ), cypher cloud ,CPQ tools ( Big mechines, intellique etc), Reporting tools (Ex:Tableu etc) are having better future.If choose these type of career your career growth and salary would be exponential. You get calls until you have experience from shine, naukri bla bla...So you better go to respective companies sites directly and place your resume and go to for bellow link to know placement aptitude tests in India to get job by cracking them. Hitesh, Upload your Resume for everyday atleast thrice(Mng-10am,Aftn-1pm,Evng-3pm). Because latest profiles will be taken always. Update proper Keywords for Skillset. Based on your skills you mentioned search will happen.

testing profiles will look for profiency in scripting languages like shell scripting, perl scripting, python,.....try to learn them when you are free and add those to your profile....this will add value for your profile.

They won't pay you much or aybe they won't pay you at all. But, the experience of even few months will count. I'm sure within 3-4 months you'll get a job. Aim at getting a job, not at cracking a big package. Money will follow you, but first get into the industry. And one more thing, do some projects on your own. Create a portfolio of some work related to manual testing. read less
