I have 6+ years of experience in IAM(User Administration). Recently I have moved to SAP OCC monitoring role. Is this the right time to learn SAP basis or I am planning to go with service Now developing which is related to my previous role. Kindly help with your suggestion which is really appreciate. Thank you!!!!

I would suggest that you move to SAP BASIS WITH HANA DB, because after 2020 maximum clients are moving to HANA DB. Then we can learn SAP HANA DB.

Yes, you can learn SAP. I would also suggest to look for other technologies such as AWS, Cloud computing, FMW (Weblogic, SOA) to enhance your skill sets. In addition this, we should keep ourselves upto date with the latest tech.
