I have 2+ yrs working experience in BI domain. Can I pursue Data science for a job change? Will I get Job opportunity as per my experience or not in field of data science? R or python what to chose?

u can choose but not R and python better to use java as your code language or scala then learn spark ,graph DB and you need to change your profile to these to get a good job in future.

I am currently working in Storage technology (EMC, IBM). I want to move to Cloud Computing. I would like to understand. 1) Which Cloud Technology I will need to learn now. 2) Can you please suggest a good tutor/institute where they teach about the background on how it works, not just explaining the front end software.
