Hello Avinash, Don't get disappointed by a few failed interviews. This is the only way you can learn and it is part of the process. Just keep doing it and observe where and why you are failing. Secondly, companies have diverse requirements and it is near impossible to have skills that cater to all of them. I still screw up interviews after 10 years of experience and that is okay. There is lot to learn from a failed interview which can help you improve yourself. First improve your resume. It should have points properly displayed, so that the interviewer is guided to ask you questions which you can answer. Bring out things you know and do not mention anything that you are not confident of in resume. ------ Prakash Shukla

Pick the technology of your choice. Just concentrate only on that technology and try to learn in depth. Before going for interview try to answer the questions that are present in Google. Be confident that you can crack the interview.
