I agree with you. when we are working on some technology and becomes perfect, the thing comes to our mind is giving tutions or joining some institute as a trainer. Some people are really good in teaching but do not want to join as a teacher or professor, they want to grow in an industry as well as share there knowledge. In my opinion you should join some medium size institute with trains student in your skills. Get the institute number from net and call them and ask for any requirement for you skills as a trainer. I am sure they will hire you as you will get them an extra batch of students. The life is full of opportunities, its only u need to work hard to grab them before someone else grabs it. No one can take anyone's chance. You can grow in your organization too along with giving trainings. Trainings will even make your knowledge more powerful. You will get to learn some more concepts. read less
