How long does it take (in weeks or months) to learn fundamental subjects of IT. I'm a MBBS graduate. I'm currently in USA & interested in online coaching. I Want to Study MASTERS IN HEALTH IT (HEALTH INFORMATICS). SO BEFORE STARTING MY MASTERS STUDY, I WANT TO CLEAR MY FUNDAMENTS ABOUT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUBJECTS AS I'VE NO KNOWLEDGE AT ALL ABOUT ALL THESE IT SUBJECTS. I read somewhere that for IT, 3 subjects are fundamental:JAVA, C++, & C. I'M NOT SURE THOUGH. My probable future subjects are: IT 510 Requirements Analysis IT 515 Decision Making for IT or MSC 515 Research Methods IT 520 Enterprise Infrastructure and Networks IT 530 Computer Security IT 540 Enterprise Data Management and Analysis IT 550 Ethics, Law, and Policy in the Information Age IT 610 IT Governance and Strategy IT 680 IT Master’s Project

Yes, you can go for PLM, mm, pm kind of modules. Make sure to get certification under the same. And yes you will be considered as fresher but still, you will get some weightage on domain knowledge.
