Hi, I'm suganya and I completed B. E Computer Science and Engineering in 2013. I got married immediately after finishing my college, so, I don't have any experience. And now I have decided to go for a job but I don't know how to proceed next? Suggest me how to approach next whether I need to do any course or go for consultancy to get a job in IT. And tell whether it is possible to get a job in IT?

Suganya, you may have an Engineering degree at your disposal but it doesn't necessarily get you an IT job. What you lack is skill. You have learn and an IT skill of your choice. It can be in Programming, UI/ UX Development, Networking, AI, Big Data and so on. Find a skill which you think you can learn and enroll yourself to do a course. You can either approach any institution in your city or can learn online through platforms like UrbanPro, Udemy, Udacity etc. One you do a certain course, you need to analyse what are the additional skills in your particular domain which is in great demand. For e.g., in UI/ UX MEAN stack is in great demand. Once you are done with the learning process the next important step is to do a couple of projects on your own to gain expertise. After that you need to create a stunning Resume and you should be confident enough to face interview. Good Luck in advance. Alternately you can also apply for Reskill India program which is meant for people like which is in partnership with Google and Udacity. They provide online courses at free of cost for eligible candidates. Thanks. read less

I want to do a course of SAP FICO. I have an experience of 8 years in Accounts Payable. But I'm in a dilemma whether to do that course or not because after completing the course I am unsure if the market will provide me the same salary or not. I am currently getting 8-9 lacs. Please resolve my query.

As you mentioned that you are holding eight years of experience in AP, the best option for you is to go with SAP FICO /S4 HANA FINANCE 1709/1809 because" HANA IS THE FUTURE OF SAP " so better to start the things with HANA.
