Hi, I am Uday from Hyderabad. I have done MCA and moved in to HR field on personal contraints. I have 4 yrs of experience in to core HR. I have done SAP HCM year ago, but no practice and missed out the same. Please suggest if I can go in to Success factors route.

try to find out a job in the same field update your profile on job site try to complete certification if possible, I know its too much costly
