Dear Sir/Madam, I am a B.tech 2012 passed out candidate, due to some financial problem I joined tech support that time but I am no more interested working in this field now. I want to switch in testing profile and searching job eagerly. I have done selenium course and I have knowledge in manual testing. But I am worried about real time experience in project/experience certificate/3 yr gap in IT because I don't have experience in IT field. Could you please suggest me how to start and what to do to get the job soon ? Thanks i n advance :)
