i completed my B.Tech (EC) in 2010 and since then i am working in manufacturing industry.Now i want to switch in IT field. Please suggest me which it certification just like mobile apps development, SAP ERP etc is best for me?

You are B.Tech EC so you can go for embedded systems. Have to learn ES Kernal Programming delicately. If you want to switch for Mobile Apps Learn Core Java then go for Android other wise Learn C, C++ and Object C on MAC OS go for Apple iOS. SAP ERP has no idea.

Learn a technology which is easy to learn, and going good in the market and highly paid. If you go for SAP , Big Data it will be costly courses and also take time to master.If you go for Testing and Java, they will not be highly paid. Go for cloud computing specially Salesforce.

Expert in C and C++, Data Structures, Python and Data Science in Python

Also try to learn C and C++, as these are the basic languages to grab anything else prevailing in the market. Do not master them but at least it will give you a way how to program the things.
