graduation is compulsory for attending UPSC exam along with completed 21 years. dear aspirant, graduation degree doesn't matters because irrespective of your bachelor degree in UPSC preparation you have to study all subjects.so start studying newspaper and NCERT books. after completing NCERT books you join in coaching school. without completing don't join. all coaching school will...
