I am Passionate about bioinformatics, molecular biology, and cutting-edge research, I am a dedicated scientist with expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS), computational biology, and molecular docking. With a strong academic foundation in biotechnology and microbiology, I have gained hands-on experience in RNA-seq, metagenomics, and structural biology using advanced computational tools.
My technical proficiency spans multiple programming languages including R, Python, Matlab, and Shell scripting, along with specialized bioinformatics tools such as HISAT2, Bowtie2, GROMACS, AutoDock Vina, and the Schrödinger Suite. I have worked extensively on transcriptomic data analysis pipelines, differential gene expression analysis, gene ontology studies, and structural bioinformatics workflows.
