Currently serving as a Career Counselor at The Emerald Heights International School, Indore, she plays a vital role in student development through the school’s pioneering Counseling Laboratory and Takshshila Career Cell.
An MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Nagpur University, Kanishka began her career in the corporate HR sector before discovering her true calling in education. Her transition to teaching Mathematics allowed her to implement creative methods that earned her heartfelt appreciation from students and parents, along with recognition from the Ramanujan Committee for innovation in teaching.
For the past seven years, Kanishka has been an integral part of the Career and College Guidance department at EHIS. She manages global exams (SAT, AP, CEMC, Euclid), supports subject selection, conducts research and awareness sessions, and motivates students to engage in holistic development through meaningful academic and extracurricular experiences. She blends career clarity with self-awareness, helping each learner move from confusion to clarity, from hesitation to conviction.
