I am a special educator at Swiflearn(Unacademy now). I cracked pre and mains of Indian railway(station master) and pre of SBI without any specific preparation because at that time my focus was UPSC. I have done B.A(Maths) Plus UPSC Preparation, which provides me with a good understanding of technology as well as the social domain of knowledge.
My key Qualities are charismatic personification(key-quality), in-depth command on the subject(mandatory quality), acknowledgement of formal and informal communication(can be considered as the backbone of teaching), good sense of humour(can provide a unique edge in orientation), voracious reading habits(the more you learn, the more you share), ability to simplify things(this is the very job of a teacher), target-based approach(stick to the syllabus), focussed and attentiveness through-out the lecture(it helps in understanding, what's going in the minds of students)
I will use examples from real life and original thoughts views as my focus rather than the language of the book, always prepare my handouts and ask the question in mid between lectures to make the class more interactive.
now subject-based approach;

1) History: focus on the causes and effects behind the socio-politico-economic fabric of that time and try to connect it with the current scenario, if possible.
2)Polity: I will use landmark cases and NCERT fundamentals to give a better picture of the constitution and various political theories respectively. Newspaper discussion plus application and challenges of articles in life.
3) Maths: I focussed more on the evolution of the concept, plus connect the formulas with real-life examples. My first focus is to develop a very good interaction with the student, after that, it becomes very easy to teach maths.
4)Economy: first of all, decodify technical definition with simple examples, a newspaper would be the centre of focus, application-based approach rather than rote learning.
5)Geography: first I will divide it between static and dynamic, static will cover through maps and images, for example, continents, solar systems, earthquakes etc. The dynamic section will contain current affairs related to geography.
I was an educator at Krishna academy before joining swiflearn. I teach subjects like Maths, reasoning and general studies. over the years I developed a special ability that I can teach all the subjects parallel.
