As a 1st Degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate and a National Level Karate Athlete, I bring extensive experience in teaching and training students of all ages. With over 50 classes and numerous self-defense seminars conducted, I've honed my skills in imparting knowledge and techniques to achieve mastery. My expertise extends beyond karate, with district-level Judo player experience and training, showcasing my versatility in martial arts. I've also explored Boxing, further enhancing my combat skills. I'm certified with FSKAI and associated with grading students. My teaching approach focuses on detailed and perfect knowledge transfer, empowering students to achieve their goals. I specialize in women's and kids' self-defense, muscle building, weight loss, and strength gaining through martial arts. I'm dedicated to helping students unlock their potential and achieve excellence in martial arts and beyond.
