I am a Personal Fitness Trainer with 14 years of experience in strength training, functional fitness, weight management, and overall health improvement. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients of all fitness levels, helping them achieve their goals through structured workouts, personalized plans, and balanced nutrition.

I hold a B.Com degree and am a Certified Fitness Trainer from K11 Fitness Academy. My certification has equipped me with strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and practical training methodologies. I use this expertise to design workouts that are effective, safe, and results-driven for every client I train.

Over the years, I have worked at prominent fitness centers in Indore, including Anytime Fitness and Talwalkars. These experiences allowed me to train a wide variety of clients, understand their individual needs, and refine my coaching style. For the past 5 years, I have been working as a personal trainer, offering home visits and customized plans that combine workout routines with nutrition guidance.

During my time at Anytime Fitness, I received several performance-based awards and appreciation recognitions. These awards were based on client progress, training consistency, and overall contribution to the center. They have motivated me to uphold high professional standards and continue delivering impactful fitness training.
