Over the years, I have developed a teaching approach that goes beyond completing the syllabus. In Accountancy, I focus on strong fundamentals, conceptual clarity, logical reasoning, accuracy, and systematic problem-solving. I break complex topics into simple, understandable steps and provide regular practice so that students gradually develop confidence and independence. In Business Studies, I make theoretical concepts engaging by connecting them with real-life business examples, practical situations, discussions, and current developments. This helps students understand not only what they learn but also why it matters. My experience across different schools has taught me to recognise that every student learns differently. I therefore adapt my teaching methods according to individual needs, patiently identifying learning gaps and providing personalised guidance. I believe that effective teaching requires patience, empathy, discipline, encouragement, and consistent mentorship. My objective is not simply to help students score well in examinations, but to develop their confidence, analytical thinking, decision-making abilities, and independent learning habits. After 17 years in education, the most rewarding part of my journey remains witnessing a student move from confusion to clarity, hesitation to confidence, and dependence to independence. That transformation is what continues to inspire me as an educator.
