I'm Tianshree. If someone had told the younger me that one day I'd be standing on stage speaking in front of hundreds of people, I probably wouldn't have believed them. I was a very introverted child, but learning public speaking completely changed the way I expressed myself and gave me the confidence to use my voice.
I received formal public speaking training in Class 8, and since Class 11, I have actively participated in debate and public speaking competitions across Manipur. So far, I have won 12 state-level debate competitions. I was also selected through a debate competition organized by MP Bimol Akoijam for a Parliament visit, and I was selected as one of only eight teams from across India for the UNESCO MGIEP National Youth Debate.
Alongside my own journey, I have been teaching students offline for the past year. While I mainly teach academic subjects, I have also helped my friends and students improve their public speaking, body language, stage presence, and confidence. Some of the students I mentored have also gone on to participate in state-level debate competitions. Beyond debating, I actively participate in pageants, where I continue to develop my stage presence, confidence, and communication skills.
I believe every voice deserves to be heard. Sometimes what holds us back isn't a lack of ability but the fear of being judged. I know that feeling because I was once that shy student myself. That's why I want my classes to be a safe, encouraging space where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and grow with confidence. My goal isn't just to help you become a better speaker. It's to help you discover your own voice and believe in it.
