SSC CGL because in this exam you are required to think according to the human sychology and you are ment to work for the public keeping in mind their emotions their needs. And most importantly you will write in mains according to your own opinion.

There is no fixed rule for it as many institutes very visible to us have very poor quality of teachers so best way is to consult successful candidates of previous year or faculty ( If you know presonally)
