Yes, in future the vacancies will decrease. The reason behind this is the poor condition of PSU banks which is worsening day after day. Their NPA is on rise and for next two three years there is very little sign for improvement. This is mainly due to the wilful defaults of the large corporates. If you see the last three year trend the vacancies in IBPS is decreasing every year. Banks are also switching towards recruitment through Manipal School because that is more profitable for them. So because of all these vacancies in IBPS is decreasing and will further decrease. read less

This vacancies are going to decrease day by day due to severe condition in NPA(Non performing assets).that's why I suggest not to focus only on banking exam but also on SSC exams .
