In how many ways we can arrange the letters of the the word MANIFEST with vowels in alphabetical order?

Hi All, i have completed my B.com, MBA F&M, SAP MM Consultant level training and 5 years working experience in SAP MM end user but there are no job opportunities for SAP fresher. I am not getting SAP mm end user job, Please suggest non SAP course which has fresher job opportunities?
