They took a huge amount of money for 20 sessions and since the trainer was good, I not only paid them the money for my 2 kids but also got them 6 other kids in my community. Suddenly in the middle of the classes, the instructor - imtiyaz decided to go away for 10 days for some personal training and he informed us just a day in advance. We all had our sessions pending and zubair refused to provide a replacement. We asked for our money back as the previous summer time was getting wasted and by the time the classes would resume again, it will be monsoon season. Rightly so, the monsoon season started and all kids started falling sick. Instead of keeping up the promise of refunding our money due to their bad management, they insisted that we complete the classes at the risk of our kids healths and refused to refund. They are big time scamsters and zubair just started ignoring calls n refused to call back as well . There are many more qualified and decent and good trainers out there, do not fall for these scamsters!
