*If your goal is to enter into the industry as early as possible then you can go for JMETER performance testing) tool, with less coding you can learn it 45 days. The learning curve is different from person to person.
*Else you can learn data science course it will take six months to 1 year to become a Data Scientist.
*Only Python for data science will not be enough to get a job. There lot of concepts in Machine learning and deep learning which will take a reasonable amount of time.
Considering the time factor TOP 3 courses that I would suggest you are:
1. Learn any testing tool (JMeter, Jenkins etc.)
2. Doing the certification on AWS or AZURE (Associate AWS or AZURE administrator)
3. Learn Python if your goal is long term.
