2-Day Training Program in Meditation in Whisper Valley, Raidurg, Hyderabad

This course is suitable for aspirants between ages 18 and 55, who seek an effective meditation process for realizing the true meaning of existence and thereby achieve their full potential.

Married couples are encouraged to participate together.



Course Content:

The course provides a clear explanation of a modified system of Raja Yoga for Self Realization, also known as The Natural Path with Pranahuti Aided Meditation.



Experiential:

The course includes four experiential meditation sessions, about 30 min each with an experienced trainer.



The course will teach:

A complete set of daily meditation practices
A simple and holistic way to live in tune with cosmic consciousness
How regulation of mind and concentration is achieved
The complete map of the spiritual journey up to the highest level of consciousness
The role of Pranahuti (yogic transmission technique) as an active and continuous support for practitioners to achieve the highest level of consciousness
