During my experience as a Web Development Facilitator, I actively contributed to both academic and skill-based learning environments. I conducted online and offline training sessions on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks, ensuring concepts were delivered in a simple and practical manner. I designed structured lesson plans, coding assignments, and live project demonstrations to improve student engagement and understanding. I regularly used digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, and Learning Management Systems to manage virtual classrooms effectively. Along with teaching, I mentored students individually through doubt-clearing sessions, career guidance, and personalized feedback. Through close coordination with the Programme Implementation Team, I continuously improved content delivery and learning outcomes.
