At the age of 57, I have joined the pool to learn swimming , as I am advised by my doctor, for my back pain. It's a wonderful experience. The coach Ms Alekhya and the main coach Mr Ramesh made me feel at home and within 21 days I am on my own in the pool. Not only I have learnt proper swimming, I have learnt floating on my back too, which is a heavenly experience. The pool is clean and wash areas are neat and clean, you are safe and protected ( as a lady I am saying this ) , a healthy atmosphere to swim.
