With 8 years of experience in strength and conditioning, I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer with qualifications from K11, ACE, and a Fortified Functional Training certification from Cultfit. My journey in fitness is deeply personal, as I transformed myself from 120 kgs at 19 years old through dedicated fitness training. Motivated by my own experience, I am committed to helping individuals, particularly those struggling with obesity, build confidence through fitness.

Having trained over 100 people both offline and online, my expertise is grounded in practical experience. I've worked at prominent gyms such as F45 and Cultfit, where I contributed to the fitness journeys of numerous individuals. My online classes, spanning 3 years at Cultfit, have allowed me to extend my reach and impact.

My passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals is the driving force behind my dedication to both online and offline training. Sessions are available from 6 am to 12 pm and in the evening, with each session lasting 50 minutes. I prioritize practical sessions, ensuring that clients not only understand fitness principles but also apply them effectively.
