I’m Dr. Vijaya Kumar Elpula. I have 21+ years of Learning & Development, E-Learning Industry and Academic experience. I am Certified - PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt by MSME-Technology Development Center (PPDC).
My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (July 2024, JS University), an M. Tech in CSE, and a B. Tech from JNTU. I bring a rich blend of practical and pedagogical experience, having served as Assistant Professor & Head of Department (CSE) at Anurag University (2002–2011), where I led curriculum development, mentored students and faculty, and introduced emerging technologies into the academic framework.
In the industry, I’ve held senior roles such as Head – Digital Production at TUV SUD South Asia (2021–2023), where I spearheaded AI-driven digital transformation projects, and Assistant Manager – Instructional Design at Sears Holdings India, integrating advanced learning technologies into corporate training environments. This dual exposure has enabled me to bridge academic theory with real-world applications, particularly in AI, data structures, cloud computing, and e-learning systems.
