Experience in School or College
From 2011 to 2016, I worked as a Lecturer in an Engineering college, where I was responsible for teaching core subjects to Computer Science and Engineering students. My role involved not only delivering lectures but also mentoring students, preparing academic content, evaluating assignments, and helping them build a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals. During this time, I had the opportunity to guide many students through their academic journey, especially in areas like programming, data structures, algorithms, and database systems. This phase significantly shaped my approach to technical education and classroom engagement. After a brief professional transition, I resumed my career in education in 2018, this time as a Technical Trainer. Between 2018 and 2022, I conducted training sessions for both students and working professionals. My role was more industry-oriented, focusing on practical, up-to-date technologies and tools aligned with current industry demands. These included modern programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies. I designed and delivered customized training modules tailored to the learning needs of different audiences—from final-year engineering students preparing for the job market to experienced professionals upskilling for career advancement. This experience gave me a unique blend of academic and corporate training exposure. I not only helped learners grasp theoretical concepts but also enabled them to apply these concepts through hands-on projects, coding challenges, and real-world problem-solving scenarios. It also allowed me to continuously update my own skills and stay aligned with evolving trends in technology and education. Overall, these two roles—Lecturer and Technical Trainer—allowed me to nurture a deep passion for teaching and mentoring while adapting to different learning environments and audiences over time.

Teaching Experience in detail in Engineering Diploma Tuition
I have over 9 years of combined experience in teaching and technical training, with a strong focus on computer science and programming fundamentals. My career began in 2011 as a Lecturer in an Engineering college, where I taught undergraduate students from the Computer Science and Engineering stream. I served in this role until 2016, covering a wide range of core subjects such as C Programming, C++, Java, Python, Theory of Computation, and Data Structures and Algorithms. My teaching style emphasized conceptual clarity, real-world examples, and interactive learning, which helped many students build a solid academic foundation. In 2018, I transitioned into the role of a Technical Trainer, where I conducted hands-on training sessions for both students and working professionals. I continued in this capacity until 2022, delivering skill-based training programs designed to align with current industry demands. Whether it was a beginner-level Python session for college students or an advanced DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) bootcamp for software professionals, I always aimed to make technical concepts accessible, practical, and applicable. My dual background in academia and industry training has given me the ability to teach both foundational theory and applied skills with confidence. Over the years, I’ve helped learners not just understand code, but think like developers—an essential skill in today’s evolving tech landscape. This journey of more than nine years has reinforced my belief in lifelong learning, and I continuously strive to stay updated with the latest tools, programming languages, and educational methods to provide the most value to my learners.
