Hi Bhagya, You can learn any ERP, but take functional training and learn manual testing concepts. As per your comments it is easy for you to understand the HRMS concepts. I Tanaji it always depends on your technical abilities and how good you are to develop the logic based on requirements. If you ask more people definitely each one tell different. What is the difference (if any) between this and PeopleSoft HRMS manager? Is one a subset of the other?

There is no concept or module called as PeopleSoft HRMS Manager. PeopleSoft HRMS is one the module in PeopleSoft ERP. The other modules are Finance,CRM, SCM etc., We have a concept called PeopleSoft Update Manager for higher versions but that is completely related to admin activities.

What is the value of obtaining the PeopleSoft certification?

Hi Sudharsan, In Indian MNCs people are not giving much importance to certification especially at the time of interviews. But if the client belongs to US & UK then your certification will be required in some cases.
